3 cups all purpose flour (400 grams flour).
2 tsp baking powder (7.5 grams baking powder).
8 oz hot water (236.59 ml water ).
1/3 cup lard bacon grease (65 grams) *use only 1/4 cup (59 ml) if using oil.
1 tsp salt (5 grams salt).
REFRIED BEANS.
15.3 oz can of pinto beans (drained).
2 1/2 Tbsp (37 ml) cooking oil.
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder.
1/4 tsp chili powder.
1/4 tsp onion powder.
1/4 tsp garlic powder.
1/8 tsp ground cumin.
1/4 tsp black pepper.
1/3 cup water.
POTATO BACON HASH.
2 medium to small potatoes (small dice).
5 oz grape tomatoes (halved).
1 large jalapeño (chopped).
1/2 medium onion (chopped).
6 to 8 cooked slices bacon (chopped).
1/4 tsp garlic powder (or sub with 2 cloves minced garlic)..

Recipe:
Soft/medium tofu (1/2 block).
1/4 red onion, diced.
1/2 of green & red bell pepper, chopped.
chopped mushrooms.
2 Tortillas/wraps..
Tofu spice mix.
1/2 tsp of each:
Sage, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, rosemary, salt.
2-3 heaping tablespoons of nutritional yeast.
Toppings:
Salsa.
Sliced avocado.
Chopped lettuce.
Directions:
1. Sauté vegetables until soft.
2. Crumble tofu into a bowl and mix with spice mix.
3. Add tofu mix to sautéed veggies and heat for 5 mins or until hot..
4. Add to tortillas and add toppings. EAT!
